You and a friend will enjoy a fun and insightful learning session about Canadian and European bloomy rind cheese chose and selected by Andy Shay and expertly paired with wines by Sommelier Jamie Drummond. The sessesion is Thursday January 13 and starts at 7pm ( will run aprox 1.5hrs) Location : Provincial Fine Foods Education Centre ( 914 Eastern Ave, Toronto)

Assuming I can find a friend to come with me, I would go! It’s my birthday and I have nothing planned. Might as well eat some cheese and wine!
My fiancé is new to the wine world, but is enjoying it immensely. He is still learning about the delicate art of tasting food with wine, and since we are in the middle of our wedding planning, this would be a really nice break for us.
Jamie is such a gracious person (we met him at a Harvest event late last year) and expert on wine that is would be nice to learn more about wine and tasting from him. We haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Andy, but I am from BC, which makes me a real cheese head!
